Farewell to El Rey
Every horse that has crossed my path has been an incredible experience. Each one has educated and allowed me into their world.....El Rey aka “Harley” from the movie Harley’s Hill....was an inspiration to all who had the pleasure of riding him, young and old. This steed was diagnosed with Carcinoma of the bladder, a ugly untreatable cancer in horses.... he was loved and cared for above all in his last days by one of our wonderful ladies Darlene Quinn.... He lost his battle on April 11, 2018. My Faith comforts and assures me, that one day I will join him in Heaven.
